Why cant I log in?
There are several reasons. First of all you should see whether your PC fulfills all the system requirements of the game (to play Ozzy Club you need browser that supports Adobe Flash Player 8). You should check if you type your name and password in the right way. If your data are typed-in correctly you should write on the address support@ozzyclub.ru and we will sort out your problem.

Why sould I register?
If you don't want to register you don't need to do this. You can play without any restriction and you have the same possibilities as registered users. But at the same time registration is more convenient: if you use other computer or browser your profile will be saved. Registration allows you to give your hero a name. Registration will take just a couple of minutes that is why we strongly recommend you to register.

Why have I to retype my name and password every time I log in?
If you haven't chosen the option Remember you will have to type-in your name and password every time you log in (in order to prevent the use of your profile by other users). But you can use the option Remember and save your time. For safety measures we do not recommend you to do this on the computer that doesn't belong to you (for example, in the library, internet-cafe).

I have forgotten my password?
Don't worry! It is easy to get a new password. Go on www.ozzyclub.com and choose the option Forgot password, follow the instructions and you will log in in the short time.

I just have registered but can't log in?
First of all you should check your name and password. If everything is allright with your name and password send the letter (with description of your problem) to support@ozzyclub.com

I registered long ago but can't log in now?
Check your name and password and try to log in once more. If nothing changes you can send the letter to support@ozzyclub.com

Why can't I register?
It is possible that the administrator has blocked your IP-address. In this case just send the letter to support@ozzyclub.ru

What can I do in this game?
Ozzy Club offers you a wide range of possibilities: you get your own house in Ozzyville, you can travel and visit all the locations, speak to other users, play mini-games and earn scores which can be used for buying clothes, furniture for your house, presents and postcards, potions.

How can I change the sex of my turtle?
If you want to change your sex you should send the letter (in the letter you must write the name of your hero) to support@ozzyclub.com

You should choose a friend from the list of the friends in your profile and use the option Send a present/postcard.

How can I earn realore gems?
You can't earn realore gems but you can buy them. If you want to buy realore gems you must only choose the option Buy realore gems while being in the shop and buy them using your credit card.

How can I earn scores?
You can earn scores playing mini-games which you can find in the different locations. You can get information concerning your scores from your profile.

I can't buy clothes/furniture/presents?
Perhaps, you haven't got enough money to buy this exact item or this item can be bought only for realore gems.

How can I get access to the closed locations?
The closed locations are not available for all users, if the location is closed it means that it is under construction or that you can get access to it if you have certain items.

How can I find out where shops and other interesting places are located?
You can use the map from your profile, it will help you to find everything you want.

How can I communicate with other users?
You can use your profile panel for typing-in your message, then it will appear in the little window above your turtle. You can also read the previous messages from other users.

Why have I received a warnining?
The administrators have their own set of rules. If you have broken some rules you can get a warning. If you don't want what rules you have broken send the letter to support@ozzyclub.com or use the forum for asking this question.

How can I complain on messages or inform about technical problems?
You can complain, ask and make offers in the forum or just send the letter to support@ozzyclub.com

What do mean lists of friends and ignore list?
You can add/delete users to/from your list of the friends and ignore list (they are in your profile). The list of your friends allows you to see whether they are online or not. Those who are in your ignore list can't send you messages.
